3. Quotes and Estimates
Every estimate we prepare is a professional projection based on the plans, specifications, and information you provide, along with current market and regional cost data. While we work to keep our estimates as accurate as possible, they are not a guarantee of final project costs. Actual costs may vary due to site conditions, market changes, design revisions, or factors outside our control.
4. Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver accurate results, you agree to provide complete and correct project documents, drawings, and specifications. You are responsible for reviewing each estimate and confirming that the scope matches your requirements before using it for bidding or budgeting.
5. Payment Terms
Pricing for our services is confirmed in your quote. Payment terms, including deposits and due dates, will be agreed before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on delivery. Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused or withheld deliverables.

We offer minor revisions within a set period after delivery, usually seven days, at no extra cost. Requests that involve major scope changes, redesigns, or new drawings may be treated as new work and quoted separately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueTech Estimating is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including lost bids, budget overruns, or project delays, that result from the use of our estimates or services.
11. Third-Party Tools
We use industry-standard software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and RSMeans to prepare our deliverables. We are not responsible for the performance, pricing data, or availability of these third-party tools.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we apply professional care and proven methods, we make no warranties that our services will be error-free or will meet every specific expectation beyond the agreed scope.
13. Indemnification
You agree to hold BlueTech Estimating harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our deliverables or your breach of these terms.
